This machine was an ebay purchase. No instructions at all. It just grinds the crap out of anything put into it. Very powerful but totally lacking in nuanced controls.
Actually if you look o the back there is a nut that is where you put the metal level that adjusted the stones to go from power fine to cracked wheat course. I am trying to find one. I use a 2″ paint brush to clean it out and on occasion I take it outside and use my leaf blower on it.
